Inflation. To think that it is not affecting meat is crazy. Have you seen gas prices, housing, rentals? YES. Get used to it. It's going to get worse.

What is the usda grade on these ribeye steaks? angus is just a brand of beef, is it, usda prime, usda choice, or lower grade?

All of our products are choice or higher. These ribeyes were all graded choice. We offer other packages that have prime ribeyes in them too.

How thick are they cut?
