I bought these for husband who snores. He tried them and had to take it off not long after as it was so painful with the magnets between his nose.

Small pieces at good value, more comfortable as they’re used. I’d say it’s effective as continue sleeping well and no complaints so far. 😬

I was dubious about these working but they actually do which is great. The only negative is that sometimes in my sleep I remove I without knowing and have to play hunt the widget.

Not even sure how these are suppose to help but thought I'd give them a go. They have made no difference to my or my partners snoring or nighttime breathing whatsoever. Will persist and amend my review if this changes over time. Supposed to dilate your nostril buy just clips on your septum. Real waste of time and money.

Bought these in sheer desperation to stop the nightly earth shaking rumbles being produced by hubby, unfortunately they didn’t work. They are good quality and you get a good amount in the pack but for us they didn’t do anything, he also said it was hard to get used to wearing them

Love them, best night sleep ever, bought for the planes over to Australia as I am embarrassed when I snore, the quality is very good and comes with a little box, great value for a good 😴 sleep, just hope I can get them through customs.

Sorry but they just didn't work for me at all. Still snored like crazy!
