This Magnesium complex has quickly become my new favorite. I keep these on my nightstand so they are in easy reach. I have no weird aftertaste or burps with these. I have the most restful sleep and wake up feeling rested. This has been my go to for a little while now and I couldn't be happier I found this!

I like the magnesium supplement. It helps me sleep better at night. But, there is practically little information on the company. The supplement does indeed do the job but take it would caution as there's not much information on the company as a whole.

I'm happy with this magnesium supplement. My body seems to absorb it well, and I would consider it to be one of the better magnesium supplements that I've tried.

I prefer to take a complex magnesium as I would rather get the benefits of Glycinate, Citrate, Taurate, Malate in one capsule than having to purchase separately. These are easy to swallow, no taste and have good benefits. Would purchase again

The types of magnesium in this supplement are all well absorbed. Each type has a different character, targets a different set of issues. In the Supplement Facts part of the label, the consumer is told that the combo provides 500mg, or 119% of our Daily Value. However, none of these is forms of magnesium is completely absorbed in the human digestive system. Adding to the confusion about the amount of absorption is that fact that the Daily Value of 500mg is one lump sum. One does not know how much of each type of magnesium one is getting each day; each type is absorbed in different amounts and at different rates. I therefore find the DV number misleading. Some manufacturers of magnesium products the likely absorption percentage along with the milligrams so that one might plan to take a larger dose or adjust their diet.But there is other info missing from this bottle that makes me reluctant to take these capsules, in spite of what might be a high-quality complex of magnesium, additional vitamins, and zinc. Apart from having no expiration date, there is no info about how to contact the company. Dietary supplements sold in the US must be labeled to include the manufacturers or distributor’s name and address, if not a phone number. This is so that a consumer can ask questions about the product or can contact the manufacturer if they are having an adverse reaction to the product. Because it is not on the label, I looked online for a contact website for this company using the name Hovika in my searches with two major browsers. I found none. Amazon sells Hovika products and so I looked at photos of labels on these products but found the same issue. Hovika does not have a seller’s page through Amazon, but I noted that in one comparison chart for another Hovika product, the company was referred to as Quigzhisen. I find no website or contact info under that name, either.There is no US requirement for labels on supplements to indicate the source countries for a product's ingredient, though some do. However, the country of origin must be included on a label if it is manufactured outside the US. Since there is no info on the country of manufacture (or source of ingredients) on this magnesium complex, it must be concluded that this product is manufactured in the US. In one of the graphics in the Amazon ad for this product, a set of seals are shown. “GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)” is one of these. All dietary supplements manufactured in the US are required to be made under GMP standards, so this claim is nothing unique. I would rather see a seal that indicates that an independent third-party lab tests the product for purity, as is claimed for another of Hovika’s products (Creatine gummies). This is a responsible and not uncommon step in guaranteeing quality. If I wanted additional information about this supplement before I take it-- about the criteria met for claims that the capsules are “non-GMO” and “100% Organic,” or about third party testing, I cannot contact the company. I wish this were not the case because I would very much like to be taking an organic complex of this mix of easily absorbed magnesium types and vitamins. As it is, I don’t feel comfortable taking this supplement due to labeling omissions.

I like that this magnesium supplement contains four different types of magnesium, which is good for different things in the body. It also contains additional vitamins such as vitamin B6, and vitamin D3. Zinc is also included. The serving size is 2 capsules. It’s easy to take abs should he taken with water and a meal.The one thing that I don’t like is that one of the capsules was empty, and the contents have spilled in the bottom of the bottle. I’m hoping that I don’t come across any more empty capsules.

- Seems to be working- No bad smell or taste- Nothing bad to say!Revised: A little more than half way thru the bottle, I went to get the new capsule and one of what I can only describe as “casings” tell out of the bottle .. and then I found a second one. If quality control does not catch this during packing I can no longer trust or recommend.

I like that this bottle is a 2 month supply, however... the exp. date on the bottom of the bottle that I had received, is extremely hard to read, decipher, etc. and I'm not completely comfortable taking a supplement that does not make this easy to see. Also, there is no info. on where this product was manufactured. I cannot state whether it works well or not, as I just received this, however I am hesitant to try it at all with so little info. accompanying it.
