I was pleasantly surprised when I purchased a couple of bottles of 360 Balsamic Vinegar. The taste was much sweeter, however, I found that it added a new dimension to our salads. I actually enjoyed the taste very much and plan to purchase more. I will continue my search but plan to use this in the future as well. The one negative for me is using 'of Modena' because it really does not come from there.
