Gives a good kick. I can feel the pump after drinking. If taken late at evenings it's difficult to sleep cause of heavy caffeine content but hey that's what I want. Workouts have become epic. Tastes so good like mojito. Great product

Good for beginners, I've seen significant changes once I took this one scoop , there are few things to be noted- Amazing flavor and dissolves well Gives you a boost to workout (literally) You won't feel light headed (atleast I dint ) The con is not in the product but if don't depend on pre workout foe all your regular workouts, use it on your intense days , I mix my creatine in this too.. works amazing , but since it pushes you to do more in gym, you will have bad soreness next day, so keep a track of your workout, don't over do it , and don't depend on pre for your day to day workout..

The previous workout is the same as other MB pre workouts but the flavour is different this time! It has the same 200 mg of caffeine and other ingredients are also the same as other pre workouts!! The flavour was really good really refreshing as I tried it today for my bicep and shoulder workout!! Can't share the photos though cuz amazon will take down the review and my photos cuz apparently my physiques photos violate their community guidlines!!:(I don't know how but no worries!!:) definitely try it out for heavy workouts but be mindful of the caffeine!! Its heafty in amount!! It gives you more focus while performing every rep and every set!! Gives you a great pump as well but beware it can drive you crazy as it did to me!! Let's go yeah buddy! Actually i wanted to give it a 3.5, the hit is pretty fast but it goes down quickly too, if you workout like me for around 2 hours and pushing yourself, this is not the best pre but it works, pump’s avg, taste is also avg, I observed no redness or itching i mean even if you feel all those you need to push the next exercise more, that’s how the itchiness and everything goes down from any pre workout, i felt that the power is not enough after like 1.5 hrs of workout. Overall it’ll suit beginners who know what they are doing like who has been to gym for atleast 4-6 months continuously.

Edit: upon second purchase, I noticed huge huge lumps inside, the moment I opened the bottle. May be, moisture went in during packaging or the packaging is not upto yhe mark. All seals etc were intact when i got the bottles but the material inside was all lumpy. Pretty disappointed with Muscleblaze. Didnt exoected this from a reputed brand like MB. This pre-workout is much better than most other and it really helps. However, it doesnt have the strong kick as some lesser known cheaper brands. If you are like me, who likes the strong tingling in the face and everywhere, this is not for you. But otherwise it works. Its probably better as it has the necessary ingredients and it correct ratio. It also allows you to push harder train better.

It is the best pre workout i ever had great pump great kick and energy feel into my body its best for me atleast and the endurance of exercise also improved
