How many chews are one serving?

The 500 mg are 1 serving each (this company also makes calcium chews that are only 250 mg). If your doctor wants you on 1,000mg per day, you would be taking 2 caramel chews per day- they are a nice after dinner treat ( I think they taste more like maple syrup than caramel, but they are still good).

Yep. 4 gr. per chew. I just checked. The chocolate tablets contain 1 gr. per tab, but not as tasty.

I ordered and they were extremely hard and difficult to chew, but from the doctor, they are soft. Where do they come from and what's the exp date?

This is an old question but should not be on anybody's mind at all. I bought my bag in July 2016. It has an expiration date of July 2017. Once opened I kept the entire bag in a Zip-Loc plastic bag.The few tasty chews I have left are as soft and tasty as when I first opened the bag. I very much like the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor and will buy them again.

I take blood thinner. Does this product contain Vitamin K?

Maybe I should have pointed out that calcium is a mineral and not a vitamin...it is just what it is. So no, there wouldn't be any K in it.
