Amazing product and when you run, you can hold it in your hand. There is also an adjustable strap, a safety feature, and reflector. I haven’t been able to use it yet, but it looks like it’s pretty good and ready to go when needed.I would definitely purchase this product again.

I walk in woods the wee hours around sunrise, and though men or bears aren't a problem (men, maybe, bears unlikely), cougars and sasquatch are my biggest concern. You can either spray it at them to deter them, or spray it on yourself so they will have to suffer through spice level number 10. In reality, I've had cougars run across my path several times and it makes me happy I have this with me. Locking mechanism is secure. Only negative is that the hand strap is tough to secure over even lighter winter gloves.
