Unfortunately this gave me some discomfort, making me nauseous and sleepy. I know some brands of Ashwagandha cause this, and this was certainly one of them. I won't be taking any more (currently on my second day, and the symptoms have 'caught up' with me).

Good stuff for everyday or twice a week.
