I've been taking Shilajit for about a month, and while I've noticed some positive effects, there have also been a few downsides. On the upside, Shilajit has definitely helped increase my productivity and sharpen my memory. I feel more focused and able to get things done, which has been great for my work and daily tasks. However, I initially hoped it would help with my anxiety, but it seems to have had the opposite effect. Since starting Shilajit, I've become more anxious and more aware of my heartbeat, to the point where I sometimes feel like it's skipping beats or racing. It’s a weird feeling—almost like I’m having heart palpitations—but it could also just be me being hyper-aware. Another downside is that it’s been tough on my stomach. I've had a lot more gas and rumbling than usual, which has been uncomfortable. Overall, while Shilajit has definitely helped with my productivity, I'm not sure it's worth the trade-off for the increase in anxiety and digestive issues. And to clarify I have had a high bp before taking the supp, but I feel (for myself at least) it hasn’t helped.

This is my 2nd bottle and I must say, I am impressed with the results I have been getting, less brain fog, started to notice some weight loss, feel energetic and sleeping better. I would recommend as I will continue using this product.
