Incompleto o con problemas de calidad
El diámetro de la boquilla que va al suelo es diferente al tubo de acero inoxidable. La boquilla mide 40 mm y el tubo 35 mm. Queda holgado. No se pueden ensamblar. Necesito un tubo adaptador que no está incluido. Al parecer tienen un problema de calidad fuerte. Por el precio que está, no debería venir así. Una marca tan reconocida con este tipo de problema no debería suceder. También el depósito de la aspiradora viene raspado. De nuevo regreso a problemas de calidad. Me hace dudar si el producto es verdaderamente Karcher. Actualización al 6 de agosto 2026. Ya ha pasado casi una semana que la compañía recibió en devolución la aspiradora (vi la confirmación de entrega con la guía de Estafeta) y mi dinero no ha sido devuelto a mi cuenta. No es barato este equipo como para no necesitar de regreso el dinero en mi cuenta. Amazon debería vigilar más a detalle este proceso y proteger al consumidor. Amazon por favor agilicen este proceso. Los clientes lo agradeceremos.
