LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this item!!! Recently moved to a new house with lots of trees in backyard. Constant falling branches. Knew I would need more than just pruning shears to manage the trees. Purchased mini chainsaw from a name-brand company that is well known for their power tools. Hugely disappointed!!! It arrived unassembled with only a vague paragraph for instructions. I've never even touched a Saw, so didn't know where to begin. Tried to pull up instructions on YouTube. In doing so, saw a video on this TieToc mini chain saw and decided to return well-known brand and replace it with TieToc. FABULOUS decision. Came fully assembled and included a booklet with very clear and easy instructions, told me what type of oil to add, how often to add oil, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Very light weight and easy to operate. Tried it out on a 2-inch branch and it sliced through like melted butter. Tried it on a 4-inch branch with the same result. For the experienced chain saw user, you may not be as impressed as I was. But I am a 65-year old lady using a chainsaw for the first time and I found this to be very easy to operate, very safe, and performance was impeccable. Can't say enough good things about it. Love the easy carry case as well as the extra battery, extra chain, and all of the other extra accessories. Excellent value for the price. As an added bonus, Seller hires disabled workers, so it's a win-win situation for everyone. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

I wasn't expecting much from this. In fact, I thought it would be a return, but for the price point I decided to give it a try. We had a bad windstorm come through right after this arrived. I used this to cut branches and smaller trees that didn't make it. WARNING: This does not come with bar and chain oil so you will have to pick some up. PROS: Worked surprisingly well! Battery 1 lasted about 3 hours of continuous cutting. I cut through 8 to 10 inch branches and trees with this!! It didn't heat up or get stuck. I like the tiny oil storage bottle The extra chain and guide were a nice bonus The brush to get in and clean out all the saw dust from the nooks and crannies was priceless!! Great addition! Super easy to operate. The instruction guide is well done for replacing chain and guard. There was lovely note included in the box from the manufacturer, which I found very impressive. CONS: The case is really cheap. It works, but you wouldn't want to drop this a lot. The gloves aren't going to stop any cuts and the safety glasses are super cheap. I wouldn't trust this if you need it. The battery strength light is odd. Don't go by this. It shows fully charged, but you need to wait for the indicator light on the charger to go green before it is fully charged. (By the way it took about 2 hours to fully charge) I am totally happy with the chainsaw! I loved the personal note from the company, and was impressed that each battery lasted about 3 hours with continuous use cutting hardwoods and knotty ponderosa pine up to 10 inches!

I bought one from another store and fell in love with it so I decided to buy one to leave at my vacation home. This one is more expensive but boy is it worth it and the quality shows. As a petite woman that loves yard work and cutting things down, etc, this saw is absolutely perfect for me. It has great power, cuts right through the 3” trees I’ve been clearing, yet lightweight enough that my arm doesn’t get tired and achey like with larger chainsaws. That means fewer breaks - you wouldn’t believe the difference this makes when tackling a large job that I can breeze though with this. It is so reasonably priced and you will love it so much you will want to buy as gifts for special people in your life. I have to also mention how impressed I am with this company. The sellers are delightful and even included a beautiful letter thanking me for doing business with them and I’m sure this will be the beginning of a long relationship between us! This thing arrived in lightning speed and I don’t know if they always have the batteries pre-charged for you, but mine were pre-charged and I was able to get to work immediately. Review for Tietoc 6 Inch Chain Saw 880W: I picked this up for around $35 on sale. No bar oil so be sure you have some. Battery life was acceptable. After 20 minutes of intermittent cutting 1" and 3" branches, I had to swap out the second battery. Both came fully charged and would not take a charge when I plugged them in so used them as they came (indicator showed full charge). The chain comes loose easily and the screw for adjusting the tension is in a bad spot. You can't really adjust it well because the screwdriver fits at an angle due to the bar and the tip wants to just roll out of the screw head. This will eventually strip out the philips head. They should have moved the screw over another 1/2" or included one of those 8" L-shaped ikea screwdrivers. Plenty of torque. Blade was sharp and cut well and I like the top guard on the blade. I was using it around 30F degrees so possibly cold weather was part of the battery issue as some folks get longer runtime out of a battery. The oil plunger doesn't work great at that temp either. Due to the price, probably a 5-star but it ain't perfect. Just good enough for the price.
