I am impressed! I like the vacuum feature and the steam is hot and gets up to heat very quickly. I needed this for a wedding and I was going to and I'm so glad I got it because it's easy to use and it's not that big. I can throw it in my suitcase and know that my clothes will look good when I get there, I recommend the product. It did a good job on wrinkles. It seems easy to refill. Definitely the portability is good. It appears to be a good quality and they gave me an 18 month warranty so I feel very satisfied with that.

This is my first clothes steamer, and I’m really happy with it! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and does a great job removing wrinkles. It has made my ironing routine much more enjoyable and cut down the time I spend on it. Our guests who used it also really liked it! The water tank holds enough water that I don’t have to refill it often, without making the steamer too heavy. I usually use it horizontally on an ironing board rather than upright with clothes on a hanger. With the stopper in place, it hasn’t leaked during use, which pleasantly surprised me. It works really well on stubborn wrinkles in cotton and linen. I used to dread ironing my linen pants and shirts, but this steamer makes the process so easy that I actually look forward to it. Even steaming my husband’s pants feels enjoyable now! We accidentally lost the rubber stopper for the water tank, and customer support has been very helpful in answering my questions.

Very pleased with this steamer. I have had two different steamers break within a year of buying them, and from the look of this design it seems to avoid all of the issues I had with past steamers, I expect this one will last a long time. It heats up quickly, and a little bit of water goes a long way toward steaming a garment. It was very effective at removing wrinkles easily. The steam is continuous rather than button activated, but it turns off and on again quickly when using the toggle making it easy to pause between garments. The cord is long and I appreciated the attachment to keep it wound when not in use. The multiple color options are nice and the size is great for both easy storage and travel. Seems like an excellent value for the quality.

I’m new to using a steamer compared to an iron. The HL9 Garment Steamer heats up quickly, is easy to use, and does a great job removing wrinkles from clothing. It is lightweight, convenient, and works well for quick touch-ups before work or special events. It is still quite the adjustment, but so far I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it. I just wish it came with directions for us new users.

It would work in a pinch, has some good features being small but leaks water and it’s either on and blowing steam or off, no way to keep it in and ready to go before use without continuous steam flowing. Quality if taken care of seemed like it would hold up, I just needed something different that didn’t soak the material as well.

Having this steamer is like having a dry cleaners at home! Incredibly powerful, yet lightweight and affordable. I am love! The tank’s capacity allows you to “iron” 7-8 pieces of clothing. Also, if you just want to refresh a piece or eliminate odors, it can give you 12-15 pieces worth of steam. I love to use it in my mattress and sheets. It gives them that luxury hotel finish and feel. I can’t recommend it enough.

This product comes with an American plug so cannot be used in Spain. After re-reading through all of the information, it states that but this information should be made very clear at the time of purchase. It now has to be returned which has caused unnecessary time, money and effort for everyone involved

This steamer was great the first few times I used it however I was steaming a wedding dress and it shot out brown water onto the dress. Since then it has done it almost every time I’ve used it so it is now garbage as I can’t continue to have it ruin garments. I’ve triied cleaning it and always used clean water, not sure what happened to this thing. Unfortunately past my return window.
