I usually wear a 3XL or 22-24. But I figured since it set a size up for the pants size and a size down for the SML measurements, that the fit would be perfect. But it's definitely in a size 26. It still works the way I need it to, but it would be better if I got a 24.Also, they are scented. It's a bit strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances, this is not the right product for you.I personally use them for menstrual cycles because I have an incredibly heavy flow. They work so much better than the always period panties. I have never once leaked through them.
