Review: Big Bang for the Buck - I had limited experience with monopods before buying this one, so I based my decision on reviews and I'm glad I did. This monopod is built like an old battleship -- study and functional. It has a quality feel, from the carbon fiber leg to the locking mechanism when the leg is extended, to the fold-out feet. I can't see anything that I would improve and don't understand why anyone would pay a penny more for some other brand. I'm hard to please and if I say it's worth 5 stars, you can take it to the bank, lol.
