This paper has a sheen to it. Our walls are very textured due to the age of our home. The wall paper covered all of the bumps without ripping. I recommend laying out the design before you start. I will start off by saying I totally thought it was peel and stick until the box came and there was a huge sticker on the outside saying “NOT PEEL AND STICK”. So clearly a common miss conception.
