Fireplace is above what we expected! It is very well made and sturdy, easy to put together and looks absolutely amazing! The fire looks so real and it’s warm and cozy! The remote control is great and you can change settings on it easily. Just a beautiful product! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely LOVE this fireplace. The mantle surround is solid painted wood, not MDF. easy to assemble with minor tools. No missing parts. No damage. Cute as can be! Not loud to operate. Nice realistic looking logs (they dim out when you turn it off) and nice real looking flames as well as fun colored rainbow color flame options. The size is really nice and realistic (not a tiny fake looking fireplace). I was hesitant to buy, but so happy I did! 5-Stars!! This is quality, just buy it!! (I am a real customer and received nothing for my honest review).

Just love this fireplace. It’s great quality and was so easy to assemble. The flames look so real and the heat is so warming. So easy to function with the remote control which makes it safe to use. So many compliments from everyone who sees it. I can’t wait to decorate it for Christmas! I would highly recommend this electric fireplace to anyone who wants to bring a little ambiance to their home.

I absolutely love this fireplace. And I had looks at least ten others before selecting this one. It's quiet while running and I love the ability to adjust the flame and the intensity of the flame to create a certain ambience. It was also fairly easy to assemble my son put it together and it took him about an hour. Also I got it at a great buy purchasing it during prime day. I get a lot of compliments on this electric fireplace. One other very important factor, it heats the space very efficiently.

It's definitely really nice and makes our living room cosy. My only complaint is 71° is the lowest you can set the thermostat. It simply gets too warm and have to cycle the heat on and off throughout the night. It would be nice if the lowest setting was 65° if the manufacturer reads this. Otherwise it's a really well made unit that we've been using for quite sometime.

This is one of the best purchases we have made ever. Do not hesitate to add this wonderful, beautiful,very realistic fireplace to your home. One person put it together in two hours, using the very explicit instructions that were included. Wish I could give this item a 1000 stars. It is not often that I write a review, but this product was worth the time. By the way, Amazon was $70 less than the competition and we got free shipping and it arrived on time.❤️

Really nice. Flame looks good not real but to get more realistic you need to spend a lot more. Easy to assemble and pretty heavy quality materials. Just make sure not to tighten everything until you’re almost finished. Things need to be able to float a bit to fit together nicely. I installed a wire curtain and put a log stopper in front of the fireplace and you would have to look closely to tell it’s fake. Heat output is good.

I did a LOT of searching and found this fabulous fireplace!! Arrived well pkgd and in perfect condition. Was easy to assemble, just needed 2 ppl at the end. These pics were taken mid-afternoon, can't wait to see the fire effect at night! SUCH a great deal as compared to the cheap ones OR the expensive ones. THIS one is just right for our home and our budget. It's SO nice!!

Absolutely beautiful fireplace

Arrived within one week of ordering. All parts intact and no damages. Firebox foam was crushed up within box, but it kept the actual firebox free of damage. The box must have taken a beating to have the foam so damaged inside. Packages all had original seals. Fireplace surround went together easily. Firebox then fit in perfectly. Instant ambiance in the room. We love it! The firebox features are great and heater works great. There is some mild fan noise but that's totally expected. Flame, logs, embers, and grate look realistic. Truly, it could not be any better.

EXQUISITE product, cannot be happier with our new fireplace! The flame looks real and we are enjoying the comfort of the fan blowing hot air into our living room. SO happy we decided to order this and also so happy we ordered it from you instead of other companies.

This fireplace is exactly as shown. It fits very well into my condo and looks high-end. I think the only thing that would've made this a five star rating would be if the flames looked a bit more authentic (I realize this is tough to do with electric), but some of the wall mounted electric fireplaces do have a more realistic looking flame.
