Fireplace is above what we expected! It is very well made and sturdy, easy to put together and looks absolutely amazing! The fire looks so real and it’s warm and cozy! The remote control is great and you can change settings on it easily. Just a beautiful product! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely LOVE this fireplace. The mantle surround is solid painted wood, not MDF. easy to assemble with minor tools. No missing parts. No damage. Cute as can be! Not loud to operate. Nice realistic looking logs (they dim out when you turn it off) and nice real looking flames as well as fun colored rainbow color flame options. The size is really nice and realistic (not a tiny fake looking fireplace). I was hesitant to buy, but so happy I did! 5-Stars!! This is quality, just buy it!! (I am a real customer and received nothing for my honest review).

Item arrived in two boxes (1) the fire box, (2) the hearth. Plugged in the firebox and it worked great. Many heat, color and blower speed options exactly as advertised. Pros: Putting it together: every piece is numbered and includes arrows pointing up to help make assembly a breeze. Took about 45 mins to assemble, instructions were clear and easy to read. The heat is perfect. We love that we can turn it up or down, or use all the color settings for ambiance and no heat. The size is exactly what we wanted, fits perfectly on the intended wall. Product is sturdy and came with no dents or scratches. Cons: One of the panels on the top doesn’t line up flush with the outer right pillar, leaving a small gap. It fits flush on the left side. We can live with this and plan to get some wood filler to even it out. Overall: Very happy with our purchase.

My fireplace arrived 3 days early. Yay! I just put it together today and I absolutely love it!! The instructions were clear and it comes with everything you need. I was able to put it together myself and it took a comfortable hour (I didn't rush. Note that I'm 64 and 5'2"). I had no trouble putting the firebox into the mantle myself and moving it into place. The only thing I didn't care for was that I had to break out the drill for the last 4 screws that hold the firebox to the mantle. It's the only spot that did not have pre-drilled holes. For an electric fireplace, it really provides the ambiance I was looking for and it's really a classy piece. The flames look very real and not cheesy at all. I am a picky person and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. If you're thinking about it... go for it! You won't regret it.

So let me say this, for the price paid, this fireplace is a decent choice. The main issue is with the expectations surrounding what you actually experience while owning this fire place. There is a wide range of option in this world, from $200 units up to $6000 dollar ones and you have to realize that this is a $500 dollar unit. The mantle looks nice and well built when assembled, it certainly exceeds the price point expectations. It is easy to build and has a very nice finish to it. The fire box itself underperforms. It does not look like a real fire, it is nice looking and grows on you over time but if you see an electric fireplace for $1000 you'll see that there is a stark contrast between the two. In addtion to that, the unit we recieved was very noisy and had a consistent and persistent "rhythmic buzzing" sound while it was on. Not a huge deal if you know that going in; but maddening if you don't. Last of all, this fire box doesn't put out much heat at all, so it is more of a show piece than anything. Ultimately, we ended up returning this fire place in favor of a model that had more features, had a review like this existed a few weeks ago, we might have kept the unit knowing these details or might have avoided buying it all together. Hopefully, this review gives you more information to make the choice that is right for your house!

I was very surprised at how well this went together. The screws were perfectly aligned and went in easily. The instructions were easy to read. I did it myself...took my time and was very pleased with the results. Looks fabulous, like it has always been there. I can't wait to use it this winter.

This fireplace is gorgeous! I spent some time comparing this fireplace to many others before deciding to make this purchase. It’s a quality piece and is made from real wood. The assembly is fairly easy as long as you don’t tighten the side screws too tight before placing the top in position. It’s ironic that the company that manufactured this fireplace is a short distance from my home. If you are considering a purchase you will not be disappointed. Oh, and the flames and available colors are beautiful. I couldn’t be happier!

I love this fireplace so much! I have wanted them in past homes and considering the minimal expense, I really missed out. Everyone needs a fireplace heater unit in their bedrooms! So beautiful and cozy. The fireplace has multiple flame and coal settings for different looks as well as multiple temps and timers that will keep the flames and heater going up to the set temp for up to 8 hours. The assembly so easy to put together, it took me about an hour with opening and organizing all of the parts. As others have mentioned, the last step of affixing the heater unit requires someone to hold the unit in place while someone screws it in - I cheated and had my husband pre-drill small starter drill holes in the wood. I am so happy with the ease of assembly, ease of use and such an amazing unit.

Arrived within one week of ordering. All parts intact and no damages. Firebox foam was crushed up within box, but it kept the actual firebox free of damage. The box must have taken a beating to have the foam so damaged inside. Packages all had original seals. Fireplace surround went together easily. Firebox then fit in perfectly. Instant ambiance in the room. We love it! The firebox features are great and heater works great. There is some mild fan noise but that's totally expected. Flame, logs, embers, and grate look realistic. Truly, it could not be any better.

This fireplace is exactly as shown. It fits very well into my condo and looks high-end. I think the only thing that would've made this a five star rating would be if the flames looked a bit more authentic (I realize this is tough to do with electric), but some of the wall mounted electric fireplaces do have a more realistic looking flame.
