Not just medicine
This is a fantastic place flavor enhancer. I use in place of daily ibuprofen. I must warn you turmeric is very colorful and will stain your clothing and countertops.

Do not buy the golden milk!!!
I’m not sure about their other products, but do NOT buy the golden milk. When I tried it for the first time, I couldn’t even get past the first sip. It felt like I had sand and dirt in my mouth—I had to swish and spit about 20 times just to get rid of that gritty feeling. I even tried mixing the powder and letting it sit so the “dirt” could settle at the bottom, but the same thing happened. I had to spit and swish again just like the first time. I eventually threw it out in my backyard. I’m more than certain there are metals or fillers in it, because I’ve tried plenty of decent products and never had an issue like this. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Too bad 👎

The best!
I have tried a *lot* of different golden milk blends and this is the best BY FAR! It has more ginger and black pepper than others, which is what I love. The turmeric isn't too overpowering. There isn't much sediment left over, which I find is a problem with a lot of golden milk powders. This one seems to be very fine and easily mixed (I use a frother). I also grind dried papaya seeds and add them for a boost of nutrition. Having a mug of this before bed has become something I look forward to every day.

Not my taste
I really wanted to like this golden milk powder because the ingredient list looked great, but unfortunately the taste was a huge disappointment for me. It had a very strong, overpowering flavor that I just couldn’t enjoy. I tried preparing it as directed, but I couldn’t even finish a single cup. The product may work well for people who already enjoy bold turmeric drinks, but if you’re expecting a smoother or creamier golden milk flavor, you may be disappointed. While the quality of the ingredients seems good, the taste alone would keep me from purchasing it again.

Powerful
This mix is a good timesaver but I need to add a few other things or it’s too peppery. I add date syrup, a tiny bit of PB & oat milk.
