I bought this headset because I was using a decent quality Logitech USB headset but there were two problems that I was experiencing. First I use Wispr Flow, and for some reason it seemed to always get a stuttered connection, which would create problems with dictating. This didn't happen frequently enough that I would have wanted to replace it except for the second problem. The second problem is that I also use the Nextiva desktop app for my business and for some reason it would not reliably connect to the Logitech. I don't mean to bash Logitech. I love their products but for some reason I was having problems with this headset. I fixed the Nextiva/Logitech problem by using the web version of Nextiva, but that's not my preference. I decided to give this headset a go. So far I've had zero difficulty using Wispr Flow with no interruptions in my dictation, and the Nextiva connection issue magically disappeared. I would also add that the comfort of the headset is excellent and so is the sound quality. Extremely happy with this purchase so far.

First impression when I used for sound was WOW the bass and clarity was superb. Second impression for Wfh Zoom meetings was clear and crisp and again, superb. Third impression was WOW, these padded ears that lay flat on the ear are so nice Vs. The other headsets and the flex strap under the bar is way better than those standard headsets. No more migraines. Yay Lastly the Fourth impression and seal the deal that these are worth every penny was the insane noise cancelling. I was in a zoom group with one other coworker practicing our roles of CD together when suddenly my 1yr old dog whose locked in my bedroom with me, begins barking uncontrollably because my son arrived home from school and she senses him. I panicked and tried to shush her as I couldn't reach the door to open at the time. I apologized to my coworker and he's said "Oh, what" I asked "Didn't you hear my dog going crazy barking?" He replied "No" I about fell out of my chair in shock. Not kidding!! I explained to him what just took place as I laughed and said "Wow these are some dam good headsets"

This headset is comfortable on my big head. It's adjustable. I like the padding on the ear cups. The volume and mute buttons are very responsive and work properly. I use it with Teams and the hardware works perfectly. Sound quality is clear with zero static. I chose the connector that works with both USB C and USB A. It's great to have that option since newer laptops have the USB C ports only.

Very bad product. It keeps getting disconnected EVERY TIME i lock the laptop. AND EVERY TIME I have unplug it and then plug it back in. take usb out n then put back in. Issue is same in all OS, mac , windows, linux. Horrible product. DONT BUY THIS EVER.

Decent headphones. I would recommend buying one sided instead of double sided. Everyone can hear me perfectly with no issues.

Great compatibility with Microsoft 11 and teams. Control buttons are convenient and easy to use. Functions just as well as cordless because the headset disconnects from two parts giving mobility while working. The headband is strong giving great durability and the soft band provides comfort for long wearing usage. And since it’s wired no battery life to be concerned with.

Got these to replace another pair of Poly wire headset because I work in a VERY loud office environment. The main reason was for the noise cancellation which 100% doesn’t work. They really should be described as noise slightly muffling which is an improvement but not what I was looking for. For the price I was hoping for more/something better. You also hear yourself talk which is very disorienting at first but I did adjust. They are plug and play which is nice and makes setup instant. Overall not worth the price in my opinion but OK

I really appreciate the long cable, much better than trying to wrestle with my old Jabra 3ft cable. The USB-C is great, works good, and having a USB dongle attached is super handy for going back and forth between my laptops. Still could use aux if I need to which is a nice backup plan. The sound is great, the headphones are quite comfortable and folks on calls can hear me clearly. For the price point I definitely recommend this headset if you need/prefer something with a cable.

Uso queste cuffie praticamente tutti i giorni per lavoro e mi trovo benissimo. L’audio è chiaro sia per me che per chi mi ascolta, e il microfono fa davvero un ottimo lavoro nel ridurre i rumori di fondo. Ottima anche la funzione che ti avverte se hai il muto mentre parli, capita spesso durante le call che inizi a parlare dimenticandomi del microfono mutato e questa funzione mi torna molto utile. Sono leggere e molto comode, anche dopo diverse ore di chiamate. Davvero un prodotto di qualità, super consigliato!

Works fine, it came looking a bit dusty though, can't tell if it's been used or not but everything was intact and clean to the naked eye.

Bought for WFH, good, even, clear sound, better than the headset supplied by work, comfortable on the ears even with multiple cartilage piercings. Sound quality through the microphone is clear. USB-A adaptor and USB-C port allows switching between laptop and other devices with ease. Mute button is a godsend. Good value for money due to performance and comfort.
