Great tool for occasional removals. I dont think this would handle lots of use, but for my little hobbiest use, its perfect.

I was skeptical about the quality given the price, but I was pleasantly surprised how well machined the components are. Removed the back of my watch like a charm without any marks. Packaging and storage box is very nice. Overall Iโd say this is a good value for home use.

Dies have deep ridges.
anmas rucci Watch Repair Tool,5537 Watch Case Opener, Watch Back Remover Tool with 13 Dies for Oyster style case backs. I purchased this set to go with my 5700 case back remover. The shaft of the adapter that comes with this set, was about 1mm too large. I had to grind it down, so it would go easily into the chuck of the 5700 opener. If you're going to use the handle that came with these dies, it works great. I'm very happy with this purchase, but I removed one star because of the chuck issue. These dies work great on Oyster style case backs.

Not what I expected it doesnโt take off all watch backs that I expected! It works on only a few watch types not on watches that are waterproof or notched a little disappointing. I was expecting this to work for more watch brands than it does for the price tag!

DO NOT BUY PURE JUNK
Total junk, DO NOT BUY! If you assemble and put a watch into the clamps, the watch glass comes into contact with the metal of the clamp. If you were to apply any pressure, you will damage your watch. Do not buy

Budget 5537 watch-case opener kit
This is not a Bergeon 5537, but at this awesome price it is manufactured well with quality build/material. The knurling on the dies is even, deep, and clean - providing a good grip. We get 13 dies - 18.5, 19.5, 20.5, 22.5, 26.5, 29.5, 30.5, 31.5, 32.5, 33.5, 34.5, 35.5, and 36.5 - all in mm. Overall a good kit to have for a watch-repair enthusiast or a pro for opening and closing screw type back case.
