Great salt needs to be packaged better
Great product. I have bought this several times, but this last time the packaging arrived crushed and the expensive great salt was all over the bottom of the shipping box. I was so disappointed! I would have called customer service, but it has gotten so hard to get through to someone and because it is a food item, it is very difficult to get it replaced and credited.

TOTAL DISSATISFACTION
SAL MARINA / Colima Sea Salt When I received my package although sealed on the outside upon opening the box took the package containing the salt out, I realized it had been ripped open allowing the salt to spill in to the box and losing quite a bit onto the floor. I was left with very little salt. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN. Bitterly disappointed and especially what I paid for it.

Do not buy if wanting microplastic free as packaged in brittle plastic bag
Disappointing packaging since the whole point of paying the premium for this salt is supposedly the microplastics free rating. The packaging is a very low grade brittle plastic bag inside the box. The plastic bag was broken open and salt was all over. The packaging has a high potential of adding microplastics to the salt. What a waste of good salt by poor decision making on the company.
