Huge and stinky
Strong smell when you open these and the tablets are huge. Avoid if you have trouble swallowing pills.

One years supply for a good price compared to the smaller quantities. Hard to tell if they work but better than not taking them in my opinion.

No B6....?!
Well just a bit of a constructive criticism here, So in theory, this product could be better if were not lacking Vitamin B6 which is a necessary synergistic component to facilitate absorption of certain other nutrients within this formula, but also for a male formula, the zinc to iron ratio should be higher, (a higher level of zinc than iron) but I otherwise like that most of the minerals are in a more bioavailable form such as citrate or gluconate, which is good, Ok?!
