The contents lists "the dukes archives" on page 26 when the chapter doesn't actually exist in the book. Apparently you can only get a fixed copy directly from Steamforged, and only if you return the first misprinted copy they send you. Some people on Reddit actually have the missing chapter, but Steamforged denies it's existence.
