These are the only prenatals that don’t make me nauseous or puke! 100% recommend for pregnant and breastfeeding. Lemon is best for breastfeeding as mint interferes with milk supply- so I kept using these instead of the postnatals. Take with food to avoid fish smelling burps if you have a tendency to burp. I can genuinely tell a difference in the way I feel pregnant and breastfeeding when I take versus when I forget.

I love these prenatal vitamins they are so easy to take they don't have a bitter taste and best of all they use simple vegan ingredients witch gives me so much peace of mind ! The choline helps a lot with pregnancy brain that i know drove me crazy with my fist pregnancy, also helping support my babies brain development and i love that so much especially when there are so many simple thing that effect the babies brain development like caffeine and stress . So just being able to take vitamin that help with that is pretty awesome .

Great products I take at night to avoid any after taste. The mint is perfect after brushing my teeth. I have them on reorder!

I really appreciate the clean ingredients in this prenatal. It doesn’t have the fishy taste that a lot of prenatals have, but it DOES have a very strong lemon/citrus taste. If you don’t mind that, these are so good! I love that the product uses folate in its original form instead of folic acid.

Both great products! Easy to take and the citrus flavor is delicious. The prenatal is easy on the stomach and I have t experienced any nausea with this one.

They have an aftertaste that gets stuck in your throat no matter what you drink Then your burps taste fishy and like the after taste all day
