Sleepless nights and unbearable pain were that I had been suffering from.Putting on the tape for 2 days only and I seem to be on a completely different track. Took away a lot of pain and with some limitations I can move and also sleep better.I wish I could have it on for longer than 2 days but I had to take it off as my skin gets irritated by any kind of tapes. I still give 5 stars because I never had a tape without skin irritation, so it’s more like my problem rather than this physio tape’s fault.I would’ve never thought that a tape can do such a magic! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as sticky as some *by M***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 May 2020* I've got tennis elbow (ironically I hate tennis), and tried kineasiology tape oif another brand with some success. I was running out, so I chose this one, selecting tan to reduce the people asking me what it was, and when it arrived I was pleased. within a day of application however, the tape had started to come adrift where the elbow bends (in the crook), and before long an inch was hanging off each end, reducing its effect.
