I'm a frequent bread baker, and I've struggled with sticking loaf pans for years. Even with greasing, my old pans would leave bits of bread behind and were a pain to clean. These non-stick loaf pans (I bought the 2-pack) are a game changer! I've used them twice so far, baking a classic white sandwich loaf and a delicate brioche. Both loaves cooked evenly and beautifully, achieving a perfect golden-brown crust. The real magic happened when it was time to remove the bread. After letting the loaves cool for just 5 minutes, they practically slid right out of the pans – not a single crumb left behind! I always grease my pans, even if they're "non-stick". My old pans, even greased, would have been a disaster. What impressed me even more was how clean the pans remained. They looked practically brand new after I removed the bread, barely needing any washing at all. The pans themselves feel sturdy and well-made, definitely worth the price. I also love that this is a two-pack. I often use one pan inverted over the other to cover my dough during the final proof, which works much better than towels or plastic wrap. Product works and looks like the image. However its bigger than the dimenions and the image with the arrows. It is actually 26cm long (10 inches) by 13 cm wide (5.1 inches. ). So doesn't fit in some air fyers if that's what you want.

I make 2 lbs of bread dough in bread maker then cut in half, do second rise in these pans and bake 2 loaves. Perfect size for toaster and sandwiches for 2 people. Non stick and durable. Recommend.

These are sturdy pans and the non stick coating seems to be good quality. My bread comes right out with just a light spray of non stick spray. Makes nice medium size loaves.

Ever since I found the perfect zucchini bread recipe that makes two loaves, I had to change out my old loaf pans (that were huge) with this size, which is perfect. I wish there were some ceramic-coated ones available, but these are also nice, sturdy but not heavy, and bake evenly. They're easy to clean, too. Nice pans for the perfect size of banana bread loaves, zucchini bread loaves, pumpkin bread loaves, etc.
