The dress is very heavy and doubly lined. I sent the seller my exact measurements so the dress fit me perfectly with the exception of the bust area which was a little big for me, but I attribute that to measuring that area incorrectly. It is nothing some minor tailoring won't fix. I purchased this dress for a formal New Year's Eve event. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the dress did not come with a sewn in finger loop or wrist loop to carry the train. I attempted to sew one on myself but the fabric is very heavy and I didn't want to ruin the material so I decided to carry the train which turned out to not have an affect on the evening. With this said, I'm sure if you requested them to sew a loop, they would happily accommodate.I ordered the dress on December 11th with expedited shipping and received the dress on December 24th. I received many, many compliments on this dress. I would highly recommend this dress for any special occasion. My brother's girlfriend even said she won't need to pick out a bridesmaid's dress for me as I will just wear this one. The seller was also very prompt at answering any questions I had.
