This has completely saved my hair from falling out. I was going through a lot of stress and my hair was coming out by the handfuls. My dermatologist recommended this and the fallout stopped almost immediately. I also credit the zinc for our household not being sick all winter!

I have been meaning to write a review . I have used it works hair skin and nails they changed their product (the tool all their good skin vitamins out) so this product has everything in it . Hair skin and nails did not taste good ! But this pill it works ! But its awful whew! I read reviews i agree ! I take mine at night with a shot of some kind of wine or alcohol! It’s makes my stomach sick and i taste it all night. But it helps my cystic acne and hair. So I take it! It’s great brand love it! I wash my hands after touching pill but the smell is still on it . So it’s a five and take situation . I do skip days taking it . It works just fine. It’s a great product just has a little smelly flaw! Lol 😂

Read the ingredients. Forte: fortified, made more effective by including good amounts of all you need to work with the valuable Biotin and zinc, the very necessary Folic Acid, Panothenic Acid along with small amts of the B's. If you're used to buying separate minerals, each one costing what this one bottle cost, you'll be pleased to get so much in one (small to med size oval shape) pill. 60 tablet pills. Expiration date is almost 2 years from purchase so buy a few bottles. The difference is observable in 6-8 days. Two weeks should convince you. Take this to boost what almost all multi B's consistently lack for supporting, hair, teeth, gums, nails, bones; builders not of energy and muscles like the purpose of multi B's, but cellular tissue, delivery of minerals to your infrastructure. I bought these from another closeout store, when I saw them here I bough a bunch of them. Now 7months later, I noticed this have change the appearance but also the ingredients. One of the key reason I like them was that they had 3mg zinc include. But now they don't have any zinc in them, and I have to buy zinc separately. Decent value for the money, they are small and ease of use for me, excellent effectiveness, but I just wished they still had zinc in them, then I'd give them a 5 out of 5.

After 2 weeks my extra dry chapped lips are almost gone. 4 weeks nails have gotten harder. Not taken long enough to evaluate hair yet. My daughters have used for years. After having a baby, they were both losing hair & it had receding in the hairline. They will not stop using. Both said it has to be this brand. They tried others. Did not work.

I've been battling split thumb nails for a couple of years now. The splits happen incredibly low, they're painful, and ugly. I happened to see a dermatologist for a separate issue, and asked him about it. He told me to hop onto Amazon and get some biotin forte with zinc, so that's what I did. It has been about three months now, and hopefully I'm not counting my chickens too soon here but... I'm split-free and would NOT have made it this long without at least one of them splitting (or even multi splitting). I take one with breakfast daily. I'm actually starting to get comments on my hair too... It may be helping it grow, too. Will continue buying 100%.
