I love this gel. It smells fresh and lovely, doesn’t give me a white cast, and settles nicely with a hydrated look! I really like that it’s not as heavy or sticky as other gels, too. I don’t like to iron my hair anymore, so styling in a way that’s conscious of my dry-frizzy hair is important. This gel holds down my hair/frizz when I want it slick back, holds my curls when I want them to shine, and isn’t difficult to wash out when the day is over.

This works so well on my type 1A hair. My hair is stick straight and super fine like baby hair. This is one of the best products I've found to help hold or style it in any way. I put a dab in one palm and rub my hands together then I gently tap the sides of my short hair but on the front and top I use both hands and get more gel there than on the sides which is what I want. It helps hold, it does not flake, it easily washes or rinses out. My only wish is that it had better dispensing than just a big blob. Less is better than trying to use a generous squeeze of the tube.

I use this product for my slick backs and it works well. It causes a lot of buildup so it is best to use in moderation. It left my hair feeling crusty but it does its job. The product is very nice because the hold is medium, so its not too strong. The size is very good for the price, and I think I would resarch more next time.

I have 2a hair, and this product does not really hold well for me. My hair gets on my way and all over my eyes still but with harsher pressure when I move around or bow. it does make my hair have a wet look and holds better than no gel at least.
