Parakeet likes all the ingredients including the pellets. Use this and some other blends for variety and this one has always been a favorite for him.

My little is girl Misty only wants to eat this food. It's hard to get her to eat a more balanced parakeet food. Misty just loves this colorful and pleasing food so much!!

I've had enough seed combo disasters with my bird that I've gotten pretty leery about trying new ones. My green cheek conure will usually find one or two seed types that he'll consume and the rest is throw-away. Always disappointing. I decided to take a flier on these. He totally loves this stuff! He always has pellets, other seeds (including his favorite safflower seeds), and these on hand. When all is freshly filled, he goes for these first. Seems shocking to me that other's birds don't snork these down like mine does. At all events, I'm loving that he's loving these! If the advice on the package goes to the fact that seeds are high in fat, I'll just say that as conures go, he's as skinny as they come, weighing half of what a normal conure weight is ~ so it's not making for a portly bird here.

This has increased my Budgies activity and song. It smells fruity and flavorful. My little guys love it. Bruce has so much energy that he enjoys his swing while Sonny and Cher enjoy fluttering and singing.

My birds really love this. When I ran out of the food that I normally gave them, I purchased this instead and normally after I put the fresh food in they just carried on with whatever they were doing before. Now when I put this in, they hop right down and start eating right away. They actually get excited it seems when I'm taking out their old food and filling the dish with this. But keep in mind, this should be considered a supplement, not their primary food as too much seed in their diet isn't a good thing. I just sprinkle a little of this with the Essential formula and they love it.

I loved the pellets I gave my birds before-- no dyes, no colors, great ingredients-- but the pellets were larger than what my birds could eat (even though they were for budgies!) and I was tired of having to break them down. I switched to these, even though these have sugar in the ingredients, to see if my birds would like them. These are the perfect size for my birds and they cannot get enough of them!! I don't think I'll be able to switch back now...

I wish my birds had liked this but they were too picky, it should be great for your birds though! I highly recommend it

My budgies go absolutely crazy for this food. They leave next to nothing. I mix it with Zupreem Fruit Blend for budgies and they are looking much healthier and I'm finding less feathers have been shed in their cage. I feel this would be excellent reward food for training.
