I also have never used one or installed one before. I hoped it would be user friendly. It was. I messed up the application a little because I was basically just looking at youtube videos. For the price, you get a good quality lace front to start. The hair feels good and smells good and looks pretty naturally for me. Hopefully in the future I can order another and perform the install correctly. I would definitely recommend it. It feels very comfortable all and I don't feel like a drag queen or too over the top. I ordered the 12 inches and that's plenty enough for me. I like to keep my hair styles very conservative.
