Don't buy the flosser of this fraud company there water tank lid keeps coming off its a Manufacturing Defect. There customer service is also 3rd graded where they take there own time to reply. Its a waste of time better buy product of some reputated company. Had a very bad experience. The company owner also doesn't have a solution for this.

I just received unit today. I was worried whether this will have enough water pressure to clean my teeth. On that score, I was satisfied. I will have to come back in a month and update this review. However I am not happy with some aspects. You can fill the tank with water by a. taking the water tank off and filling it b. There is a mini-cap on the side of the tank. You can open the cap and fill it with water then close it. This cap is badly designed and looks very fragile. I am afraid this will break if I use it too often so I will have to stick with option A. You hold the unit by its neck and then stick the nozzle inside your mouth. The neck is very think and it is difficult to grab with one hand unless you have large hands. It is difficult to hold the unit horizontally and use it - very unwieldy. I tried to use it by holding it vertically using both my hands, it is slightly easier to use but then water splashes all over the place. They could have separated the tank and the flosser unit and still made it portable.
