Do your research before taking supplements
Arrived on time in great condition. Did exactly what was expected. I took for fatigue 3 hours before needing them. And like a light bulb my fatigue went away just long enough to do my job that I was doing. Helped 100%. Enables me to sleep afterwards well and become fully rested. This is what I found which is particular to me. Very happy with product.

Help with sleep
These really help me to sleep if taken at night. I have an allergy to magnesium citrate but these have been fine. I definitely know the difference when I run out.

LEG CRAMPS
suffered every night with leg cramps. Very painful. Read up on causes and treatments decided to try. Magnesium Malate after a couple of months suddenly noticed the cramps had stopped, not totally, but when cramp did happen I could control it better and not as painful. I can only put this down to taking these tabs, I now routinelly take every night before I go to bed. I haven,t suffered any leg cramps for a long time, Hope this helps you. is worth a try

Not as good as others i have tried
It's an OK product, I have used other is the past that gave me a very good sleep. These however are not as effective with the sleep.

Great product overall but do to have many low energy illnesses it not help with that at all my days are always good or bad or the best but with this and vitamin B it helps me with other things so I highly suggest you try this for yourself.
