Works good! Very good quality! After one week can compare and feel the results that life is quite different with this, its definitelly make less depression, but for better results it must be stacked together with B12 Methylcobalamine and another activated or methylated B group vitamins. I would buy it again, its quite expensive, but worth the money because 120 caps is a lot for what benefit you can get!

I recently took a genetic test and found I had a genetic mutation for the MTHFR gene, my therapist suggested I purchase this to help my body and mind . So far I have seen amazing results, the pill size is like most extended release pills , so it is easy to swallow . Great value. The only downfall is the spinach powder taste when you first swallow , after that you will not experience after taste.

I take this product daily (3 a day) to combat the effects of MTHFR (a common genetic mutation that prevents the absorption of folic acid through the normal pathways).
