Needed for a school performance. Came in time and was interchangeable Velcro numbers.

Very cute. Payed extra for shipping for overnight so she could use it for a school event and didn't show up until after. So she wasn't able to use it. And asked for my shipping fee to be to refunded and still haven't got an response. It been a little over 7 months.
