Someone is greasing someone's palm. It is impossible to even figure out how to wire it from the load side during initial setuop. I have set up 3 other VFDs before, and this was ridiculous. The images and instructions in no way matched the unit itself, and I can't imagine what it would be like trying to set up the parameters. As for support? Non-existent! I emailed three times in 48 hours and didn't hear a whisper.
