He is calmer. These capsules are teeny tiny and easy to swallow. They have the smell of saffron and my son says they taste like honey ( it's the saffron) but it's bearable for him. I have also got my daughter taking them. It does advise it takes around 3 months to see changes. That's is standard with any supplement. I would really recommend. No neurodivergence. We’ve been using these for a month, in that time he has complained of stomach aches daily. I didn’t initially think his cramps were linked to the supplement however stomach upsets as a known side effect of Saffron I’ve later found. Our son was extremely unsettled and restless whilst taking the supplement. We are on day 3 of no Saffron and the cramps have gone and he’s at ease with himself again.These have had such a negative effect on our son’s wellbeing I wanted to leave a review to warn others.
