This is a really nutritious blend, well made and fresh tasting. I use it in many ways -but mostly in the morning for my yogurt and fresh fruit I mix with nut butter. It is a great price and lasts a while because you should eat only so much f it - more isn't always better. I have confidence in this product for my family.
