The pain pills it came with were awesome, stops the bladder contractions/pulsating. I assume it stops painful urination too but I didnt experience that. I was able to sleep through the night and not wake up to go to the bathroom and the first 2 nights before using the product were terrible so that was a huge relief! The funny thing is they do cause super neon yellow urine after the first pill and by the last dose its a dark red orange color due to the cranberry coating. The test strip needs to be read at 2 and 3 minutes, after that time the results start to fade and before that it will read negative.
