It Helped me a lot! Having PCOS my period now is regular! The taste is good, I drink it as a juice. I definitely recommend it but not just one pack. I’d been having it for 4 months and then stopped as I’ve noticed that I don’t have any problems with my period anymore.

I've been taking PCOSITOL for a few days, switched from another brand. It's handy having one dose a day, and it has extra ingredients so I don't need lots of supplements. I've got more energy and less sugar cravings. Taste's okay. I'd prefer calcium citrate instead of calcium gluconate as one of the ingredients, it's supposed to be better 😊.

This supplement does not dissolve well in smoothies. It leaves deposits and just looks gross. It’s has an overpowering blackcurrant flavour that over powers the taste of everything, sickly sweet. I struggle to take this supplement, on the 2 occasions I have it caused me digestive discomfort. I am a PCOS sufferer and have used many different supplements from other brands including pills and powder forms of inositol. I tried this brand as it contains everything I need despite the extra cost however, I’d much rather go back to my old routine.
