Obviously the product is very good and beneficial.But it is too costly for me to buy weekly.I mean,just 4 small bottles for almost 16 pounds? This is not a good bargain.

Well what I did not know when I ordered this was that it is a self-described "Food for special medical purposes. For the dietary management of disease related malnutrition" It also states "Must be used under medical supervision". Forgive me, I did not know this I thought it was either are pro-biotic style drink or just a protein/energy drink. I have tried one of the bottles in the name of giving an honest review, but the medical circumstances do not apply to me I must confess. The bottles are small at 125ml and the liquid is thick. It does have a vague strawberry kind of taste to it, but doesn't taste fantastic. The good news thought is that because the liquid is thick and the bottles are small then this entire bottle will go down in two or three gulps for the average adult I reckon, not sure about kids but it shouldn't be much more given that the bottle is just 125ml as mentioned. As far as health benefits go I do not know, it is too early to tell and frankly I'm not sure just 4 bottles would make a massive difference anyway, it might be the kind of thing that you need to take a regiment of rather than the odd bottle here and there to make much difference. But what do I know? I didn't even know the full extent of the product I ordered (sorry again)! One thing I would say is that I have had no adverse effects from taking it as someone without any major health issues right now (touch wood!).

I wish I'd known about this drink last year, when I was finding it difficult to eat much. I was losing weight very rapidly. It took me three to four months until I could maintain my weight. I remember how concerned I was about the constant weight loss, week after week. The drink packs a lot of nutrients and calories into a small volume of liquid. I find the taste and texture okay, but it's not something I'd want to drink as a treat. To me, it's like a strawberry milkshake with a bit of a medicinal taste. I like that it's high in protein. I struggled to get enough protein into my diet during that period of rapid weight loss, and still find it a bit difficult now. This product gets a very easy five stars from me. I wish I'd had it during that difficult period.
