As indicated in the description, we have different suppliers so the country of origin can variate. Right now, we sell Dill leaf from Tunisia.

Do they include hard, spiny stems?

Rosemary is an herb that is used for cooking dishes. It can be used in soup's, stews, salads; only about a pinch of it. It has a strong smell; when cooked it becomes soft. I use about a table spoon of it.

These reviews don't seem to be about sage. is this sage or tie guan yin by valleyoftea or or oolong teat or what?

I ordered tie guan yin oolong tea, not the sage; the picture looks like sage, but the tea I received does not.
