Great piece of kit
I don't usually write reviews however I was so impressed with this trimmer, it's light, the batteries are quick to charge and just one lasted to cut down tall grass and brambles with ease, all blades are great and easy to change, for the price a great piece of kit.

An excellent buy
I was very, very pleased with this. It ticked all the boxes, it was very easy to assemble, and as a 77-year-old lady, it was extremely light for me to handle.

Light and easy to use.
It is nice and light and comes with a range of accessories, such as 2 circular saw blades, 4 metal blades and a bag of plastic blades. It is easy to assemble and use. Cons; Something is rattling in the charger and the light doesn't come on, so i don't know if it is charging. The battery is tricky to slide in.

Charger seems to be cheap material
The actual strimmer is decent although the blades need constantly tightened. Canโt use it now though as the charger has broken. Very disappointing I had to use tweezers to pull part of the charger out the battery

Great tool
Very happy with my purchase. Not too heavy and doing the job as expected.

Lightweight but great
Lightweight but does the job. Don't expect it to hack through great thick weeds on a fast sweep, you need to work at it to prevent the motor stalling. This meets my needs and I don't have an aching back after use.

Buy at your own risk
I'm begging you, do not buy this machine. I don't know why I'm not returning it, but thinking of the hassle has overridden my frustration with its use. It may seem like a great deal, but there's a reason for it. Where to begin... It does not edge. The motor cuts out immediately with any significant resistance. It does not cut branches, not even thinner ones. It also doesn't really cut foliage, more like pushes it around and shreds it, so the side of the shrub I trialled it on looked like an absolute mess and I had to go back and fix it with secateurs. The safety features are inadequate for the danger this tool presents and it takes some time for the spinning death blades to come to a stop once you let off the switch. You have to pay strict attention at all times where that blade is and what is nearby. My neighbor's cat was in the yard and there was nearly an incident. I would not have this around a child or a more rambunctious animal. The dead-man safety switch that enables power is in a weird spot and trying to hold that and the trigger to power the machine at the same time hurt my hands so badly I had to swap every couple of minutes. The big blade will not cut near anything easily. It will take out your valuable landscaping, throw stones (thanks for the free safety goggles provided), and spark off rocks and cement. I switched to the plastic blades to trim near the rocks in our garden and that cut better, but it broke the plastic almost immediately. Finer trimming and all of the edges of my yard, weeds in odd spots and cracks that are simple to get with a strimmer will not yield to this thing, so I ended up pulling a lot of stuff by hand. The smaller metal knife blades cut longer grass nicely and better than the big blade. It allowed me to get some of the grass that the other blades didn't. The unit is lightweight, and the central tube that connects the machine head and handle telecopes out for adjustment, but it doesn't feel sturdy and neither does the secondary handle. That other handle only tightens to a certain point, which isn't sufficient to fully secure it. The instructions for assembly are poorly written and the photos so dark and unhelpful that I used a combination of the video on this page and the booklet to try to figure out what to do. I still got the blade on wrong the first time. Two batteries were handy. The charger got upsettingly hot while charging the first battery I ran down. Slotting the batteries into the handle is a chore in itself, as they don't want to slide in easily, then take a good whack to lock in place. Included were some stippled gloves, small-sized safety goggles, many plastic and a few metal blades, and two larger saw-like blades, a multi-tool that you will need for any blade changes, two batteries, a plug-in charger.

Great
Use this so often. Its so brilliant for all my gardening needs. Easy to assemble and battery lasts enough until the other one charges.
