Great seasoning.
Great sausage seasoning. I used it to make my first deer sausage links and they came out Great. The flavor of the link was on point after pre-smoking them using pecan wood. Will by again.

Good stuff
I love this blend. I use it in my deer sausage that we smoke. It is what’s my uncle always used when I was growing up. It kind of has a breakfast sausage taste to it. It is a little sweet but has no sage in it that I know of. I a pinch I will take the sausage out of the casing and use it for pan breakfast sausage. There seasonings have always been great.
