The Classic III Stethoscope offers excellent acoustic sensitivity for outstanding performance as well as a versatile two-sided chestpiece with dual-frequency diaphragms. The Classic III stethoscope is used by both students and medical professionals to identify, control and analyze the sounds of the heart, lungs and other parts of the body. This is used to assess physical condition, patient monitoring and diagnosis. The adjustable dual-frequency membrane technology - an invention of 3M - allows clinical staff to control the membrane by varying the contact pressure of the chest piece so that different frequency ranges can be heard. For low-frequency sounds, press the chest piece lightly onto the patient; for high-frequency sounds, increase the contact pressure on the chest piece. This time-saving feature allows the practitioner to focus more on the patient; The cold protection membrane offers the patient the highest level of comfort.
