Really good stuff, I'd recommend everyone to try these out!I'd never had this kind of sugar before since no one in my area(ohio) had ever even heard of it, but I'm glad I found out about them online, because these are awesome.For anyone who hasn't had/used these before, they're a bunch of big sugar crystals and they're great for use in baking, most commonly used in waffles, but I've also seen them used on cakes and swedish cinnamon rolls.They really enhance the dish and add a whole new layer of flavor and texture.I've tried one other brand of pearl sugar(Lar's) and they were about the same as these ones, so I'd get whichever one is cheaper at the time.

I have ordered this product several times now and have been really pleased with how it works for making liege waffles. My family really enjoys them and the needed ingredient that you can't get locally, (at least near me) is this sugar. The texture and caramelization they provide is great. This product is a nice price because most of the other brands charge nearly the same price for a third or half the product.

Correct product as described. Perfect size to make Liege Belgium waffles.

These sugar pearls are super good and are easy to apply to any recipe. However they are a little expensive. The chunks of sugar are a little bigger than other brands I have used, so that means they don’t melt as well either.
