Relaxing, calming, and really does help. From the first night I noticed the difference. It doesn’t “knock you out,” but rather - for me - it provides a gentle, restful calm that helps me sleep. When I do wake up during the night I’m not WIDE AWAKE as in the recent past due to strong stressors of late. I really do feel better rested. I am still on my first bottle and will definitely convert it to an Amazon subscription when it’s finished. Honestly, for what it does it’s worth twice the price, but let’s keep that between us, ok? 😂👍 Of course, you need to do the other things to help, like consistent bedtime and wake times, put the screens away earlier, etc., etc. The only nit I have is as others have mentioned it’s not the best tasting stuff; it’s got a sort of what I call a sickly sweet taste, but I mix it with a bit of water. Again, for what it does I’m good.

This magnesium works wonders! My husband and I put the recommended amount in a small glass of tart cherry juice before bed and sleep like champs! Highly recommend as a form of magnesium and sleep support.

This tastes good and has a noticeable effect. I take it in the evening and feel more relaxed and tired when I go to bed. It seems to work better and faster than any other magnesium supplement I've tried. A little expensive but so far, worth it.

This product is good but is a little pricey, the bottle is small and don't taste good. But does the work.
