Really good quality hook and eye latch bought for garden gate that would insist on swinging closed before I managed to get through with the groceries. It was easy to put into use and is doing a grand job.

Well made, substantial, fits in well with gate furniture and looks good, the screws provided attach it adequately to timber, in my case the hook end was to be fixed to a brick wall. That needed a masonry drill and wall plugs so I used longer screws to attach to the brick wall. Timber type attachments should not present a problem, but use a bradawl to mark/start screws ( or small pilot holes ).

These are beautifully made, nicely packaged and very good value for money. In stainless steel they should last for years. I bought one first, saw how good they are then bought three more.

As expected, it was easy to install, looks really sturdy and perfect size. I use it to prevent the gate from closing/smashing when there is wind.

Excellent, sturdy item which fits the purpose perfectly. Even able to bridge uneven surfaces - door sits deep to frame and swivels.

Seems well made especially for the price point. Does what it’s designed to do.

Really pleased with these. The build quality is solid - they feel sturdy and well-made, not flimsy at all. Screwed on easily to both the door and the frame, and the fit is spot on. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Would definitely recommend if you're after a reliable hook and eye latch.

Commentaire initial : Impec et 5 étoiles. Mais, quelques mois plus tard (commentaire pour les 2 pièces) : crochet OK mais l’anneau dans lequel le crochet s’insère est cassé !!! (il est simplement riveté sur une plaque) => dégradation de la note
