I purchased the black kaftan with the gold accents. For reference, I'm 5 ft. 3.5 in. tall and this hits me right at the top of my feet. It's the perfect throw on and go kaftan that makes you look like you spent more time getting ready than you did. The design is very pretty and the gold embroidery is real and not just painted on. It falls nicely and is shaped well. You won't look like a box. You can wear this pregnant or if you need to shed a few pounds it's not going to reveal anything because the fabric is weighted to disguise those little imperfections. At the same time you can be a skinny mini and the fabric lays in such a way that it's not bulky. I would love to have this same kaftan in different shades. Coming from someone who used to have to improvise with several pieces of clothing to get that modest cover this is such a breathe of fresh air to find lovely pieces like this. It's going to be a forever piece in my wardrobe-especially for Ramadan and Eid.

I was SO exited for this dress! It’s pretty! Huge but pretty. It’s tighter on the bottom of the dress and goes wide. It has threads sticking out in the front where it’s most visible. It’s hard to capture it all on pictures I try to show some of them but couldn’t get them all in the light and the color makes ut hard to show in picture too. I don’t think it’s worth 50$ maybe half that. I would keep it if it was less. I will keep in eye out for a sale.

The size was larger than I expected and due to so much material is a bit heavy but looks great. I just need to fix the neckline as it is a bit sloppy.
