Great product! Our little guy has so much energy that bed time has been a struggle. We would give a low dose of melatonin every night for a long time until we came across Calmify. It took about a week, if I remember correctly, for it to really build up in his system that we could stop the melatonin. We use it every night. In about 30-45 mins, he is ready to go to bed and is also within 5 minutes of being tucked in. We have this on our monthly subscription.

I have been using this product for a few months. I want to say it has help my daughter sleep better and stay more calm during the day.

I notice a great difference in my son who is on the Autism spectrums we were able to go off pharmaceutical meds and use this instead and it is a wonderful addition to his natural daily supplement regime.

So I've tried this on my son who I couldn't seem to get calmed down with his mood swings. He's 4 years old and has a hard time transitioning from one thing to the next inside of his preschool. He has meltdowns that you can tell he doesn't have much control over. And though the doctors have said he is a too young to diagnose there could be a case of OCD with him. I've used this product for about a month now and I have to say that for me it's made at least a 25% difference in my son. That may not seem like a lot but when you're dealing with constant meltdowns and all you can do is hold your baby and cry with them 25% is everything. I tell him it's vitamins he doesn't like the taste but I mix it and juice every morning. There's no way to determine how much you're giving so I use another dropper that I have at home. But I give him 2.0ml I don't know if this will always work but for right now it's helped ease my anxiety of sending him to school and even his teachers say he is attempting to concentrate better.
