Buenísima. Por cuestiones de dieta he de incrementar las grasas saludables y eliminar los lácteos, pero para mi sorpresa me recomendaron cocinar con ghee. Como siempre me sentó mejor todo lo de cabra probé a comprar este producto, y me ha venido de fábula. Para cocinar es perfecto porque tiene un punto de humo altísimo y no se quema como con aceites tradicionales, y además el sabor es espectacular pero sin abrumar en tus platos. También lo echo en el café por las mañanas (o en el té verde), porque sirve como aceite MCT y no rompe el ayuno, y poquito a poco voy notando la mejoría. Gran producto que espero que dure mucho tiempo en el mercado.
