I bought following model of chair - Realm of Thrones CAPTAIN Ergonomic Office Chair, Metal Base Heavy Duty Home Office Mesh Desk Chair with Flip-up Armrests, Saddle-inspired Seat Cushion, Adjustable Lumbar Back Support/Headrest (Black).Assembly was straightforward and required tools and fixtures came along with it.Comfort level I would rate it 4, conscious that it's new and hopefully over time the comfort level does not deteriorate considerably.The lumber support is great and adjustable as per my liking. Although the armset is not as per my preference, but the ability to be able to raise the armrest upright to allow for chair to fit in is a good feature for tight position.The mesh back rest is perfect as it's breathable and comfortable especially if you are spending long hours on the chair.Overall satisfied with the purchase and enjoying the comfort and quality.

The chair arrived in a large box which was reassuringly heavy. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took around 15minutes to assemble. Once assembled the height of the headrest and lumbar support can be adjusted for optimum comfort. The best feature for me is that the armrests can be folded upwards and out of the way, which makes it an ideal chair for practicing/recording guitar/bass.Update 1: One of the reasons I bought this chair was the five years warranty. After eleven months of use, the gas lift now sinks down when sitting on the chair, and the plastic base has suddenly developed a large crack next to one of the wheels.Update 2: After contacting the vendor I received a new gas lift unit (plus removal tool) and a replacement metal base which appears to be much sturdier than the original plastic one and looks great in a chrome finish. My chair is now as good as new (or even better than when it was new). The support from the vendor is very impressive, responding to messages quickly and courteously, and getting the replacement parts to me quickly.

I was looking for something to replace my gaming chair which had became uncomfortable after a few months of use and didn't offer good back support. I liked the design of the Captain because I don't have much space and the folding arms give me a lot more room.I've owned this chair for around three months now and so far it's been very comfortable. Thanks to the material it also doesn't get hot during the summer like fake-leather gaming chairs. The seat cushion also has a lot of padding and has remained fairly firm so far. I'm glad that I decided to ditch the gaming chair and go with an ergonomic office chair instead.I only really have two minor complaints. I found the lumbar support was uncomfortable no matter what position I tried to put it in, although this may be more of a personal preference. You'll need a mini-ratchet wrench in order to unscrew it and it can be quite a fiddle. However now that I've removed it the chair is a lot more comfortable and I've had no complaints.The only other issue is that the gas lift kept going down after a day or two of use. After emailing their customer support they sent out a new lift completely free of charge so I have to give 5 stars for customer service.All in all I'd recommend this chair and when the time comes for me to buy another one I'll definitely be buying it again. I can honestly say it's the most comfortable chair I've owned until now.
